Since India's independence and the formation of Pakistan, Kashmir has been a disputed terriority between the two countries, leading to instability in the state. Kashmir, once a ‘heaven on earth’ has become a place tourists do not want to visit given it’s negative media publicity over the extremely volatile political climate of the region. On this note, ITC Group of Hotel's, Welcom Hotel, Pahalgam in Kashmir, wanted to create a video to address this issue and invite people to visit Pahalgam in Kashmir, as stability in the region had improved at the time of commissioning this video.
